THE BRIEF
Budget $32,000
8K per store – 4 stores in 4 states (QLD, NSW, VIC, WA)
Improve our usual carpark runout sale for EOFY and improve on sales and make this event a way to network/people want to be at.
Need: Food for 250, Coffee, AV, Toilets, photographer & videographer, Prize giveaway and organisation of the event.
6 weeks notice to turn the event around.
THE PROBLEM
Short notice to book vendors in each state.
Limited budget for everything desired.
Coordinating bumpins in addition to processes for brand new never before held event.
Ensuring clear communication for handover for manager of each state as they were all running SIMULTANEOUSLY.
THE SOLUTION
Reaching out to my network, using my knowledge of how to research vendors and shop around for comparisons and negotiate pricing to work within budget.
Creating templates, floorplans, run sheets and pre event meetings to ensure all states were on the same page when it came to the day itself.
Having Exhibitors fill out liability waivers and forms to ensure coverage from legal standpoints and having information on file.

THE FEEDBACK
I hired Amie to help manage our presence at trade shows and she’s been an invaluable asset in ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as they possibly can in the unpredictable environment of event management.
Her many years of events experience has allowed her to identify key areas for improvement in our processes and she’s taken the initiative to implement new systems that have drastically improved our company’s organisation and preparation for shows. She’s managed the responsibilities of numerous events, often concurrently, yet consistently delivered exceptional results from the planning to the execution of all of them. I cannot recommend Amie highly enough.
