Great question! Amie first joined the hospitality industry over 10 years ago & quickly fell in love with events!
Knowing she wanted to make it a career – she has numerous qualifications under her belt, including;
She is a whiz at budgeting due to her own experience with being financially savvy. Constantly researching the industry trends and highlights including new up and coming vendors to be able to recommend to you!
And most importantly the numerous years of experience in the field – not only planning events, running venues, rostering & staff management – working her way up from a waiter at just 19yo gives a unique insight & understanding into what is required.
Amie has worked in every type of venue, assisting with every type of event! From a small 10pax hens lunch, to 400pax corporate galas, weddings, VIP launches, tradeshows, expos & MORE!
All other staff are trained by Amie and are hired based on their knowledge and experience and willingness to be your Event Day Bestie!
This is pretty common – it’s always a good idea to have a budget in mind – it helps not only us but the vendors when we know what you are comfortable spending.

Beyond this this is our specialty, we understand most couples these days pay for their own wedding alongside parents paying for baby showers, people throwing their own birthdays and more! And with the cost of living and working the average job we specialise in how to make the most of your event and get that “celeb” look for a lower cost!

We suggest the best way to beat this stress is book in a consultation call (with your partner if you’re a wedding) and we have a chat to you about what you like, any ideas, can provide you with a few free tips on where to start and even a worksheet to get you started – all without any pressure to book – as we mentioned we love providing value and that means right from the first free call through until after the event!
This is my favourite question because a lot of people don’t actually know what to ask and the answer a planner gives you can tell you a lot!
I would say:
We will always do our best to price match other planners based on the package you are looking at, but just be careful you are comparing our packages with planners and not stylists only.
They may look cheaper and better on the surface but we pride ourselves on providing 10x the value so whilst someone may be $1000 cheaper we guarantee you won’t get over HALF the inclusions we provide, and these are just the ones we list – we always throw in sneaky extras along the way because we love our clients!
Of course you do! You want your event to be super memorable so everyone is talking about it for months if not years to come!
We always go above & beyond to ensure the small touches & little details for each client.
During our first call we will ask you a few standard questions to find out which package would best suit. If proceeding with a booking we have a questionnaire we ask for you to fill out which provides insight into the type of event you are after & any special touches you might want.
From there we get to researching & suggesting ideas that can help you make your day one-of-a-kind!

YES! If you need us physically at an event, we travel up to 3hrs from Melbourne CBD – Included in certain package costs – which can be discussed on your initial consult call.
We do have services available for those who live further out or are willing to travel to you for an additional fee!
For the right fees we will come anywhere – interstate, overseas you tell us where you want us and we can do it!
We sure do! And if it’s a culture we haven’t done we will do the research to learn what we need to at no additional charge for the time as we love learning new things!
