THE BRIEF

Small intimate family based wedding in the heart of the CBD

Ceremony at the registry office and reception at Arc One Gallery.

Wanted it to reflect them as an easy going couple and have someone to manage timeline.

THE PROBLEM

The reception space was open to the public during the day so the turn around time was only 1 hour meaning it was super tight to set and style the room.

THE SOLUTION

One of our team members assisted and set up styling whilst our main junior coordinator handled the timeline and family photos.

The Feedback

Amie and Mia helped my husband and I with our wedding planning, styling and on the day coordination. Amie was so supportive and always made sure we had a clear understanding of what to expect. She went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. Mia was with us on our wedding day and she was incredible! Always by our side, making sure we had everything we needed, keeping an eye on the time and holding a million different things at once.
