Manu's Baby Shower & Gender Reveal

THE BRIEF

An elegant and graceful baby shower – also to be used as a gender reveal.

Budget of $4000 – $5000 MAX

Photo wall with balloons and florals.

A welcome sign as people enter.

Fun atmosphere, good food and mocktails.

Planned for outside but able to pivot and fit everything inside if the weather is bad (lucky).

THE PROBLEM

There was no issue at all! Manu was so willing to trust me and knew I understood her vision. She was open to e ideas on how to adapt to still have something beautiful to fit in the budget.

There was a small hiccup on the day where the decal on the backdrop was too high and hidden by the floral arrangement so having to pivot and recentre the florals to ensure the backdrop was still giving the elegance the client wanted and re positioning the planned florals elsewhere.

THE SOLUTION

Comparing quotes to get the best price and ensuring Manu’s vision for the day came to life.

Ensuring measurements were taken to ensure correct sizing for decal, that tables would fit, making the most of the space and budget.

Adding additional “cheaper” styling elements that were easy and could really elevate the space when put together.

Communicating endlessly with the client on any changes and ensuring I helped where ever possible given she was 8 months pregnant!

Noting just because it was a private event the service isn’t any less than if it was a venue, staying until bumpout of vendors, ensuring clean up was completed and all items returned in good condition.
