THE PROBLEM
An overwhelmed bride who didn’t know how to keep to budget and didn’t have time between her two small children to follow up on quotes and keep in contact with vendors.
Needing someone to assist with coordinating all vendors and details.
Finding and booking all styling elements to execute styling vision within the budget.
Following up and keeping them on track with what they need answered and paid.
THE SOLUTION
Created a custom package to sort planning that was left, and for ease included discounts for hiring champagne tower and styling elements through us.
Following up once a week in the final lead up.
Continuous check ins with the venue and other vendors to ensure smooth running.
Liaising direct with the Bride’s dad for payment.
Accommodating late night calls to accommodate around children.
Facilitating styling from earliest bump in time allowed.
