THE BRIEF
Time poor and need help planning and executing my birthday.
Rented an airbnb to hold the event.
Need help hiring and putting together the styling concept – winter wonderland vibes of blue and white.
Help finding florals and styling, a cake, dancers, putting together a timeline and communicating with other vendors.
THE PROBLEM
Last minute realising the parking close to the property was not ideal and having to work out a plan to ferry guests up to the door.
Rain on the day meaning we couldn’t use the decks and food setup needed to pivot inside.
THE SOLUTION
Having myself facilitating everything meant I was able to bring in a staff member who could assist with guests to forego the parking dilemma.
Being able to pivot with the chef and move the food inside with ease meant no difficulty to the client.
