THE BRIEF
Wanted help from a couple months out realising the logistics of not being able to be in separate locations to help with setup and relocation, alongside vendor logistics.
Needing help to setup and hang faux florals above the dancefloor the morning of and set table decor.
THE PROBLEM
Few changes the day of that were not communicated properly in advance during timeline finalisation
Rain post ceremony prior to reception meaning guests left cocktail hour early.
THE SOLUTION
Have an under cover space at the reception for the bar to ensure guests were warm and dry.
Pivot the timeline within reason to ensure couples happiness.
