THE BRIEF
Intimate backyard wedding planned in 4 weeks – due to timing of family being in the country from overseas and older guests.
Holding it at Bride’s parents house, in backyard for 110 guests.
THE PROBLEM
Couple lived interstate trying to complete all the planning.
Had had smaller parties prior but didn’t account for this many guests and the flip time from ceremony to reception.
Hadn’t thought of requirements for private property like bins, Coolroom, lighting for staff access, spacing and measurements and bumpin/bumpout access.
THE SOLUTION
Completed a site visit to ensure all problems were addressed and accurate floorplan could be completed.
Measurements could be taken and advice surrounding requirements could be provided.
Floorplan and timeline were designed accordingly.
